Like charcoal, but made from cloth. Charcloth is a natural material (cotton or linen normally) that has been burnt with a lack of oxygen. Charcloth is very susceptible to heat, so it can be used with traditional flint and steel to catch a spark. It’s then used in the creation of fire either being placed in a tinder bundle or placed against sulphur matches.
