Adrian Couzens (normally known as “KP”) left the Army in 2005. Over the years he has worked with numerous youth groups and organisations including two years specializing with young inner city students from London.
He has worked extensively and has a depth of experience in the Duke of Edinburgh award schemes.
During KPs Army service he has worked in most hazardous of environments including time served in the Jungle and the Desert. He has also gained experience in outdoor living skills during his numerous tours in America, Canada and main land Europe.
Adrian is a skilled instructor with a vast amount of experience; couple this with his fantastic dry sense of humour, makes KP an asset to the team at Footsteps of Discovery. He works well with both children and adults and is keen to pass on his vast experience. He believes that knowledge through experience will in the end save the day.
